All users of the Connecteam app are engaged as independent contractors of Multiflex Facility Services.

The Connecteam app is our official contractor management system and must be used for every job and every site visit.

 

All contractors are required to:

​

• ⏱️ Clock in and clock out at each site

• 📸 Upload clear before-and-after photos of completed work

• 📝 Read and follow the site scope of works and instructions

• 💬 Use the app for all work-related communication

 

Use of the app is mandatory and forms part of your contractor obligations.
Failure to correctly use the app may result in delayed payments, non-payment for incomplete records, or contract review.

 

If you experience technical issues, notify management immediately via the app.
